OC judge boots Greenberg Gross LLP from Nicholas lawsuit

The firm was disqualified from a salacious lawsuit against Broadcom founder Henry T. Nicholas III due to a conflict of interest, which Orange County Superior Court Judge David R. Chaffee said was exacerbated by a sweeping complaint filled with unnecessary innuendo that "went for the jugular."
