A state Supreme Court ruling Thursday put a former Beverly Hills Unified School District superintendent on the hook for a misappropriating school funds.
The ruling overturns the 2nd District Court of Appeal's 2014 decision that directed a Los Angeles County judge to toss the conviction against Jeffrey Hubbard, who served as BHUSD superintendent from 2003 to 2006.
