I read with interest Stephen Cooper's recent opinion piece on the New York Times editorial about prosecutorial misconduct, "NYT's fix for misconduct is a bit naïve" (June 15). My opinion in a nutshell is that prosecutorial misconduct is extremely rare. Sure, it is bad and should not be tolerated at all.
