Prosecutor takes judge's hint and will call two key witnesses in FedEx trial

A federal prosecutor said Wednesday she would call two witnesses that FedEx Corp.'s lead defense lawyer said in opening statements would disprove the government's case the shipping giant was partnering with internet pharmacies that distributed controlled substances without prescriptions.
