Judicial Council approves new technology plan

The new plan, which recently concluded its public comment period, will allow the branch to seek special state funds dedicated to improving technology for government entities.

SACRAMENTO - More than two years after the politically disastrous collapse of the state judicial branch's main technology update project, the Judicial Council Friday formally approved a new technology plan to bring courts into the 21st century.
