The law firm Bingham McCutchen LLP lost an appeal seeking to compel arbitration in a discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuit brought by a former employee against the Massachusetts-based firm.
A litigation associate in the firm's Santa Monica office, Hartwell Harris alleged the firm retaliated against her after she requested it accommodate her sleep disorder.
