U.S. Public Defender Reappointed

United States Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of California Daniel Broderick was reappointed to a second four-year term on Thursday.

SACRAMENTO - Daniel Broderick, the U.S. federal public defender for the Eastern District of California, was reappointed to a second four-year term on Thursday.

The announcement was issued by the chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Alex Kozinski, and is effective June 5, 2010.
