For second time in three years, state Supreme Court prepares to hear arbitration case

In 2011, the U.S. Supreme Court vacated the decision in Sonic-Calabasas and remanded the case back to the state high court for reconsideration.

Former California Supreme Court Justice Carlos Moreno was shocked when he heard that the U.S. Supreme Court vacated a decision he'd written just a few months earlier in a contentious arbitration case.
