Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP represented San Jose-based California Water Service Group in its public offering of 5 million shares of common stock at $19.25 per share.
The holding company for public water utilities conducted the offering between Monday and Wednesday and raised $96.25 million. The offering is scheduled to close Monday.
