Four Defect From Howard Rice

San Francisco's 100-lawyer law firm Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin lost four directors in quick succession from its emerging companies practice.

SAN FRANCISCO - Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin lost four directors in quick succession from its emerging companies practice, three to Sidley Austin and one to Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.

Former Howard Rice directors Stephen Fronk, Deborah Marshall and Hank Barry are joining Sidley Austin's San Francisco office. All three are transactional lawyers.
