Dewey Advises Chipmaker Buy

Dewey & LeBoeuf attorneys guided Santa Clara chipmaker Applied Materials purchase of Montana-based equipment manufacturer Semitool for $364 million in cash.

SAN JOSE - Dewey & LeBoeuf attorneys representing Santa Clara-based Applied Materials Inc. helped guide the chipmaker's acquisition of Montana-based equipment manufacturer Semitool Inc. for $364 million in cash.
