Copper Giant Ends Bankruptcy

A lawyer at Milbank Tweed in Los Angeles helped to guide Asarco LLC, a subsidiary of Grupo Mexico out of Chapter 11.

Four years after forcing its American copper subsidiary Asarco LLC into Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Grupo Mexico can regain control of the company, a U.S. District Judge ruled Friday.
