Gay Marriage Advocates Sue to Block Amendment

SAN FRANCISCO - Once again, the California Supreme Court finds itself at the epicenter of the divisive same-sex marriage debate.

A day after voters overturned the court's landmark 4-3 ruling in favor of same-sex marriage, the justices were asked to invalidate the ban approved by 52 percent of voters.
