Dissolving Thelen

Partners at San Francisco-based Thelen completed the vote Tuesday to dissolve the 84-year-old firm, a firm spokesman confirmed.

In a firmwide partnership meeting last week, the management recommended that the 400-attorney firm dissolve and gave Thelen attorneys seven days to cast their votes. There was little doubt that the recommendation would be voted through by the partners.
