Jury Slams Boeing With Punitives

One of the year’s largest U.S. verdicts grew even larger Friday when a jury hit Boeing with $237 million in punitive damages for failing to create a telecommunications network for a Virginia-based multi-media service provider, bringing the total verdict to more than $608 million.
