Texas Plaintiffs' Firm Comes to San Francisco

Another Texas plaintiffs' firm is setting up shop in San Francisco.

SAN FRANCISCO - Another Texas plaintiffs' firm is setting up shop in San Francisco.

Waters & Kraus, based in Dallas, is opening an office today, according to Ingrid M. Evans, one of two founding members of the San Francisco outpost. The other lawyer is David L. Cheng, an associate formerly of Renne Sloan Holtzman Sakai in Chicago.
