Heller Chair Faces Transition Back to Practice at Dechert

Matthew Larrabee, the last chairman of Heller Ehrman, landed at his new firm Thursday, Dechert, where he'll ease his way back into a full-time practice.

SAN FRANCISCO - Matthew Larrabee, the last chairman of Heller Ehrman, landed at his new firm Thursday, Dechert, where he'll ease his way back into a full-time practice.

Founded in Philadelphia, Dechert has 1,000 attorneys in 18 offices worldwide. Larrabee joins the firm's San Francisco office, home to 15 attorneys. His move was precipitated by Heller's decision last month to dissolve.
