Panel Reverses Jury Verdict Against Delgadillo in Firing

A state appeals court on Wednesday overturned a $1.5 million jury verdict against City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo for firing a former prosecutor who claimed the dismissal was in retaliation for a sexual discrimination suit she filed against the city.
