L.A. County Court Names New Supervisor

Presiding Judge-elect Charles McCoy has tapped Elihu Berle to serve as the Central District's next civil courts supervisor when he begins his term in January.

LOS ANGELES - Presiding Judge-elect Charles McCoy has tapped Elihu Berle to serve as the Central District's next civil courts supervisor when he begins his term in January.

Berle, 64, will replace Judge Lee Edmon, who was chosen last month to serve alongside McCoy as L.A. County Superior Court's next assistant supervising judge.
