WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to review a decision by liberal 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Stephen Reinhardt that set aside a California death sentence in San Joaquin County because of inadequate jury instructions on mitigating evidence.
