Salesforce inks landmark deal to lease half of new 61-story tower
The lease - valued at $560 million over 15 and a half years - begins the first quarter of 2018. By value and square footage, the company's expanded lease is the largest in San Francisco, according to Salesforce.

Salesforce.com Inc. has agreed to occupy more than half of the new 415 Mission Street Tower in San Francisco, inking a landmark $560 million real estate lease that it claims is the largest in that city's history.
