Rampart Case Judge Will Hear Civil Calendar In Santa Monica

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Jacqueline A. Connor, who presided over the Los Angeles Police Department's Rampart corruption cases, was reassigned in May to hear civil court cases in Santa Monica.
