Paul W. Vapnek: 1929-2015

The San Francisco lawyer was known as a scholar of ethics in the legal profession, a topic he pursued for decades, authoring books and sitting on State Bar committees.

SAN FRANCISCO - Paul W. Vapnek, an intellectual property and professional responsibility lawyer here, died Saturday. He was 86.


His colleagues remember him as "very giving" of his time to discuss ethics in the legal profession, a topic he pursued for decades, authoring books and sitting on State Bar committees.
