Judge Drops 146 Charges in Food Bank Scam

SANTA ANA - Orange County Judge Steven Perk Wednesday dropped all 40 charges against Glendora attorney James Brian Watkins, accused along with his father and law partner, John Franklyn Watkins, LaVerne residents Steven and Denise Oleesky and several private investigators of obstruction of justice and scamming millions from a food bank for blind athletes.
