Law Firm Sued for Malicious Prosecution

Lawyers at Girardi & Keese lied to an insurance company about the circumstances surrounding the accidental shooting of a security guard and then tried to compel the insurance company to pay for the injured man's judgment, according to a malicious prosecution lawsuit filed against the firm.
