Appeal Court Hears Sexual-Orientation Case

SAN DIEGO - An Oceanside biology teacher who claims she was a victim of harassment because she is a lesbian should be able to present her case in Superior Court because provisions of the Labor Code protected her, her lawyer told the 4th District Court of Appeal Monday.
