Qualcomm Snaps on Track With $1 Billion Purchase
Cooley Godward QUALCOMM SNAPS ON TRACK WITH $1 BILLION PURCHASE San Diego's Qualcomm Inc. recently acquired San Jose's Snap Track Inc. for $1 billion in stock. Under the terms of the agreement, Snap Track will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm. The transaction will be complete by the end of March.
