Rite Aid Settles Suit Over Late Paychecks

A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit against Rite Aid that claimed some employees were not getting their paychecks. Court documents show a notice of settlement filed March 2. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Alexander H. Williams III dismissed the case the same day.
