Trial Lawyer Unable to Work Long Hours Granted Disability

A trial lawyer who cannot work 16- to 20-hour days because of health problems is entitled to full disability benefits, a federal judge has ruled in ordering an insurance carrier to compensate an associate who quit after her blood pressure shot up just before a trial.
