Ex-Court Worker Must Pay $8,300 In a case that sparked a district attorney's investigation into allegations of widespread theft by Los Angeles Municipal Court employees, a fired court worker was ordered Tuesday to make $8,300 in restitution for his role in a scheme that defrauded the court out of $119,000 in processing fees.
