Priceline.coms Legal Battles Spreading to Two Other States

A San Francisco company that accuses priceline.com of stealing its reverse-auction, discount-travel business idea has expanded its effort to assert ownership of the concept by filing lawsuits in two eastern-U.S. federal jurisdictions, including Connecticut where priceline.com is headquartered.
