Top L.A.-Area Real Estate Agent, Appraiser Convicted of Fraud

A federal court jury has convicted two and acquitted one in a high end mortgage fraud scheme.

A federal court jury has convicted a high profile Beverly Hills real estate agent and an appraiser of participating in a massive mortgage fraud scheme that prosecutors said bilked $40 million from several banks, but acquitted the agent's business partner in the conspiracy.
