Judge Urges Vets, U.S. to Settle Mental Health Case
In an unusual conclusion to an oral argument session over military veterans' pleas for help with suicide and other issues, Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Wednesday told lawyers for the government and the veterans to sit down and settle the case.
