A memorial service will be held Thursday for Robert M. Takasugi, the first Japanese-American judge on the federal bench. Takasugi died Aug. 4 in Los Angeles. The service will take place at 4 p.m. at the Town and Gown, 665 Exposition Blvd., on the USC campus. Parking is available at Parking Structure 2, off Flower Street, north of Exposition.
