Jack Black Video Game May Be Released in Fall, Judge Says

A judge indicated in court Thursday he would most likely not block the fall release of a heavily promoted video game starring actor Jack Black, but postponed oral arguments on the request until next week.

A judge indicated in court Thursday he would most likely not block the fall release of a heavily promoted video game starring actor Jack Black, but postponed oral arguments on the request until next week.

Video game publisher Activision is seeking an injunction against the release of "Brütal Legend" after suing the game's developer, San Francisco-based Double Fine, for breach of contract in June.
