Tech Titans' Partnership to Get Close Antitrust Scrutiny

For more than a year, attorneys for Yahoo Inc. have worked on striking - or blocking - deals with Microsoft Corp. and Google Inc., the two technology behemoths that dominate their corners of the technology industry.
