Court of Appeal Likely to Get Three New Members

Three San Francisco Bay Area judges are expected to be sworn in Thursday to the 1st District Court of Appeal.

SAN FRANCISCO - Three San Francisco Bay Area judges are expected to be sworn in Thursday to the 1st District Court of Appeal.

With recommendations from the state's judge-vetting organization and no public opposition, nominees Robert L. Dondero, Terence L. Bruiniers and Kathleen M. Banke will likely enjoy smooth sailing at the confirmation hearings.
