Law Schools' Low Bar

Law schools should do a better job of helping students pass the bar, rather than leaving it to expensive test prep companies, writes Matt Valenti.

Next week, newly graduated law students all over the country will take the bar exam. California's bar exam, considered the hardest in the nation, is a grueling three-day event that requires rapid-fire speed in answering questions on no less than 15 separate areas of law.
