Backpage attorneys seek dismissal of criminal 'pimping' case

Some First Amendment attorneys say they are troubled by one emerging aspect of the Backpage case: that law enforcement pressured Backpage to monitor ads, and now the AG appears to be using that very monitoring as part of her case.
