Long-running dispute over Beverly Hills hotel reopened

A $300 million breach of contract dispute between a Beverly Hills hotel owner and the property's managing company, Four Seasons Hotels Ltd., was reopened Tuesday by the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which vacated an arbitration award.
