Chronic Harassment Cases Skyrocket

A nationwide janitorial services contractor agreed to pay a $5.8 million to settle dramatic allegations of chronic sex harassment by managers against mostly Spanish-speaking female workers.

A nationwide janitorial contracting company agreed to pay $5.8 million to settle a wide-ranging sexual harassment case involving allegations that 21 female janitorial workers were assaulted, groped and - in the case of one employee - raped by a supervisor.
