Reid & Hellyer, one of the largest law firms in the Inland Empire, has opened an Orange County office. Partners Jim Manning and Doug Plazak will split their time between the new office in Laguna Niguel and Reid & Hellyer's main location in Riverside.

Partners Jim Manning and Doug Plazak will split their time between the new office in Laguna Niguel and Reid & Hellyer's main location in Riverside. Plazak said clients of the 18-lawyer business and litigation firm active in Orange County include Sterling Savings Bank.
