SAN DIEGO - An attempt by Libertarian Richard Rider, chairman of San Diego Tax Fighters, to keep a proposed one-half cent sales tax off the Nov. 2 ballot was shot down Friday in San Diego Superior Court.
Now Rider must decide if he plans to appeal before a Sept. 3 deadline to make changes to the ballot.
