SAN FRANCISCO - Former Northern District U.S. Attorney Joseph P. Russoniello, the last George W. Bush-appointed U.S. Attorney in California to be replaced by President Barack Obama, has returned to retirement - at least temporarily.
Russoniello, 68, was replaced by Melinda L. Haag Aug. 13.
