Dewey, K&L Gates Advise Deal

Hong Kong e-commerce company Alibaba.com announced its acquisition of Chico, Calif.-based Auctiva Thursday, making it one of the multitude of Asian acquirers to purchase California companies in recent years.

Alibaba.com, a leading Chinese e-commerce company, announced its acquisition of Chico, Calif.-based Auctiva Thursday, making it one of the multitude of Asian acquirers to purchase California companies in recent years.
