Stem Cell Ruling to Have Wide Impact

A U.S. District Court decision Monday imposed harsher restrictions on stem cell research than were in effect even under former President George W. Bush.

A U.S. trial judge's decision Monday imposed harsher restrictions on federally funded stem cell research than were in place under President George W. Bush.
