SAN FRANCISCO - The State Bar has given 3rd District Court of Appeal Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye its highest possible rating of exceptionally well qualified to serve as chief justice of California.
The report by the State Bar's Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation was released Monday in advance of Cantil-Sakauye's confirmation hearing Wednesday.
