Firms Advise on Intel-McAfee Deal

Bay Area lawyers at Morrison & Foerster and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati landed the legal work for this year's largest technology deal so far: chipmaker Intel Corp.'s $7.68 billion purchase of security software giant McAfee Inc.
