Gibson, Latham Advise on Saban-Paul Frank Deal

Saban Brands now owns all Paul Frank assets and intellectual property, including more than 150 character designs. The purchase price was not disclosed.

An affiliate of Saban Capital Group Inc. announced Aug. 17 that it has acquired Orange County company Paul Frank Industries best known for its Julius the monkey character. Saban Brands now owns all Paul Frank assets and intellectual property, including more than 150 character designs. The purchase price was not disclosed.
