Bratz Dolls Litigation Now Includes Allegations of Spying
Exposing what it called "stunning" new evidence, MGA Entertainment, Inc. late Monday accused rival toymaker Mattel, Inc. of spying on private MGA meetings to steal the company's trade secrets, and claimed that Mattel attorneys including Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan helped in a cover-up.
